Shining a light on Leuchie

Following the success of The Big Hare Trail in 2021, we were delighted to team up again with Leuchie to launch an exciting new art trail.

From 1 July to 21 August 2026, fifteen striking lighthouse sculptures brightened the streets and open spaces of North Berwick, marking Leuchie’s 15th anniversary as an independent charity.

Every lighthouse was uniquely painted by artists, creating a free, fun, family-friendly trail of discovery for locals and visitors to enjoy.

The trail ran throughout summer before culminating in a spectacular Grand Auction on 4 September, where each sculpture will be sold to raise vital funds in support of Leuchie’s care and support for people living with neurological conditions and their families.

Including the money raised at the sculpture auction on 4 September, the Leuchie Lighthouse trail raised a fantastic £252,000.

This money will help Leuchie to fund vital respite breaks for those living with neurological conditions and the families who care for them.
