The Gruffalo™ Art Adventure
Wild in Art presents The Gruffalo Art Adventure – a sculpture trail showcasing twelve hand-painted Gruffalo sculptures which visit towns, cities and venues across the UK.
Each sculpture has been transformed by artists, with designs rooted in the patterns, shapes and landscapes of the natural world, making every stop on the trail a unique work of art.
The trail celebrates one of children’s literature’s most treasured characters – the mythical creature dreamed up by author Julia Donaldson and illustrator Alex Scheffler. The Gruffalo is a modern classic that has captured the imaginations of children worldwide with its themes of courage and adventure.
The Gruffalo Art Adventure is presented in partnership with Magic Light Pictures.

About The Gruffalo™
The Gruffalo is one of the world’s best-loved monsters. Since it was first published in 1999, the award-winning story of his encounter with the little brown mouse in the deep dark wood has continued to delight children and adults the world over.
