Overview

After the huge success of Elmer’s Big Heart of Kent Parade in 2021, Heart of Kent Hospice are once again bringing a brand new Wild in Art event to Maidstone in 2024 – Shaun the Sheep in the Heart of Kent.

The new trail will will see up to 50 large individually decorated Shaun sculptures placed around the town’s open spaces.

There will also be little Shaun sculptures which will form the Learning Programme, designed to engage with schools and youth groups by encouraging them to join in this ewe-nique event.

As with the previous Elmer trail, there will be an exciting fundraising auction after the trail finishes with the individual Shaun sculptures auctioned off to raise vital funds for Heart of Kent Hospice.

This event is the latest in the collaboration between Wild in Art and award-winning studio Aardman Animations, after the successes of Shaun the Sheep on the Tyne, Shaun the Sheep by the Sea and Morph’s Epic Art Adventure London.
