We were proud to be the official delivery partner for The World Reimagined project.
This was a national art project designed to transform how we understand the Transatlantic Slave Trade and its impact.
Over 100 unique globes popped up in seven cities across the UK; Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London and Swansea.
They explored the history, legacy and future of the Transatlantic Trade in Enslaved Africans through the work of incredible artists.
The trails were the centre of a broader learning and engagement programme – with hundreds of schools, community groups, sporting and cultural institutions taking part across the country.
More than 250 schools and colleges were involved in this initiative, participating in a learning programme inspired by the themes explored.
Their own miniature globes could also be found dotted across UK’s cities.
