Trunks across the Thames is Thames Hospice’s debut Wild in Art event, set to bring a spectacular herd of colourful elephant sculptures to life in summer 2026, turning the streets, parks and open spaces of Slough and Windsor into a vibrant open-air gallery.
Large elephant sculptures will be creatively transformed into works of art by talented local and national artists. They’ll be joined by a delightful herd of smaller elephants, each uniquely decorated by local schools or community groups.
This vibrant trail aims to raise awareness for Thames Hospice and will culminate in a spectacular auction, where the large sculptures will go under the hammer to raise vital funds in support of the charity.
