Southport town centre welcomes ten vibrant bear sculptures, inspired by the beloved children’s book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt.
Each hand-painted bear showcases a unique design created by talented artists and illustrators, reflecting different themes.
The bear trail is a free event, and maps are available to download below for those eager to explore the town and discover the sculptures.
Visitors can enjoy the display from Saturday 1 February, to Sunday 27 April 2025, covering both the February half-term and Easter school holidays.
This exciting Wild in Art event is brought to life in partnership with Southport BID, Sefton Council, and Walker Books.

Printed maps can be picked up at The Atkinson Library, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Vue Cinema, and Waterstones.
You can also download and print maps at home through the link below.
Complete the questions on the map, drop them off at The Atkinson Library, Waterstones or enter the answers online, and be in with the chance of winning a trip to Legoland Windsor or a Nintendo Switch with games from GAME Southport.
