Southport town centre will soon welcome the arrival of ten colourful bears, all inspired by the classic ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ children’s picture book.
The hand-painted sculptures feature unique designs from talented artists and illustrators; each representing a different theme.
The trail is a free event and trail maps will be available for those who wish to explore the town in search of the bears.
The sculptures will be on display in locations throughout Southport town centre from Saturday 1 February until Sunday 27 April, covering both February half term and the Easter school holidays.
This event is produced in partnership with Southport BID, Sefton Council and Walker Books.
