Penguin Parade

23 November 23  – 29 January 24
Doncaster Council

An enchanting family-friendly, free, walkable trail of 12 unique Emperor Penguin sculptures waddled to Doncaster at Christmas.

The sculptures featured stunning artwork from some of our veteran artists and were first featured on 2022’s Brum’s Penguin Parade.

The spectacular trail began on 23 November to mark the start of Doncaster’s Frost Festival and delighted visitors right through until 29 January.

The event was brought to you in partnership with The City of Doncaster Council.

We’re delighted to welcome the penguins to Doncaster over the winter as part of this year’s Frost Festival. They’ll certainly bring festive magic to the city as we countdown to Christmas plus we have the pleasure of their company until the end of January so plenty of opportunities for people to join the penguin trail over the coming months. Not only will the penguins bring their festive charm to the city but the trail is a great opportunity to get out and about, enjoy a leisurely stroll and clear the head especially during the hectic festive period.
