Walking with The Snowman™
In winter 2025, locals and visitors could discover twelve decorated sculptures of The Snowman™ in Doncaster city centre, each inspired by the classic song The Twelve Days of Christmas.
Among them was a brand new design – the ‘six geese a-laying’ Snowman created by Doncaster artist Rebecca Wright.
Starting Saturday 15 November, the sculptures were displayed across the city centre until 30 January 2026. Trail maps could be picked up from the Tourist Information Centre or downloaded online to help in the quest to find them all.
The map also highlighted other festive events happening around the city, including An Evening with Father Christmas at the Mansion House, Candy Cane mini golf, Christmas Cabins and the Christmas Finale in Sir Nigel Gresley Square on 21 December with lots of festive entertainment.
