Slunce a Mesic (Sun & Moon)
Inspired by Alphonse Mucha
Adam Pekr chose fellow Czech artist, Alphonse Mucha, as the inspiration for his Elmer design.
Adam grew up seeing Mucha’s work all around him and found it influencing his own artistic style without knowing.
Mucha’s fusion of realism with curved lines and detailed flowers became known as the epitome of Art Nouveau and speaks to Adam’s heart very closely. When Adam doodles he finds himself speaking to Mucha!
About the Artist
Adam Pekr is a Czech-born airbrush artist who started his artistic journey in graffiti art. A multi award-winning tattoo artist of 10 years, he is now solely a mural and airbrush artist, bringing walls to life in businesses and homes across the North West.
