SmileyWorld® Art Trail in North Tyneside
North Tyneside debuted the first SmileyWorld® Art Trail, produced in collaboration with globally recognised Smiley® brand The Smiley Company and North Tyneside Council.
The public art trail featured sculptures of fun, positivity-spreading emoticons, each featuring artwork from fifteen creatives tasked with interpreting and responding to a range of emoticons.
The fifteen sculptures were located across the borough from Friday 26 January until Tuesday 2 April.

In collaboration with North Tyneside Council
This was the third Wild in Art trail to take place in and around North Tyneside since 2020, with the aim of driving footfall into town centres, supporting the local economy, whilst also encouraging families to get outdoors and active, and nurture an interest in art and creativity in the community.
